This Privacy Policy applies to the Android application BiliBili For Creator Guide ("the App"), published by Wildan Devs ("we", "us"). The App is a free, unofficial educational guide for video creators. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Bilibili in any way; all trademarks belong to their respective owners.
The App does not require registration or login of any kind. We never ask for your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal details, and the App contains no forms that collect them. The only contact channel is an email address displayed as plain text inside the App.
None. The App's articles work offline. Settings such as your language choice and the temporary "ad-free break" timer are stored only on your device and are deleted when you uninstall the App.
The App shows ads served by Google AdMob using the Google Mobile Ads SDK. To serve and measure ads, Google and its certified partners may collect and process:

On launch, the App downloads a small configuration file (which ad formats are enabled and their display settings) from our endpoint at mydb.web.id. Like any web request, this transmits standard technical data (IP address, user agent, request time) used solely to deliver the file and operate the server. We do not use this data to identify you and we build no user profiles from it.
You may voluntarily watch one rewarded video ad to pause all ads in the App for a few minutes. The timer is stored locally on your device only.
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
The App contains no links to any third-party website, and does not host, stream, or embed any videos. The only outbound link inside the App is to this Privacy Policy page.
We operate no user database for this App and store no personal data about you on our servers beyond short-lived standard server logs (section 5). Advertising data is processed by Google under its own policies.
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published at this address with an updated effective date.

Aplikasi ini adalah panduan edukasi gratis dan tidak resmi untuk kreator video. Aplikasi ini tidak berafiliasi, tidak didukung, dan tidak terhubung dengan Bilibili dalam bentuk apa pun; semua merek dagang milik pemiliknya masing-masing.

Saat dibuka, Aplikasi mengunduh berkas konfigurasi kecil (format iklan yang aktif dan pengaturan tampilnya) dari endpoint kami di mydb.web.id. Seperti permintaan web pada umumnya, proses ini mengirim data teknis standar (alamat IP, user agent, waktu permintaan) yang hanya dipakai untuk mengirim berkas dan mengoperasikan server. Kami tidak memakainya untuk mengidentifikasi Anda dan tidak membuat profil pengguna darinya.
Anda dapat secara sukarela menonton satu iklan video rewarded untuk menjeda semua iklan di Aplikasi selama beberapa menit. Penghitung waktunya disimpan hanya di perangkat Anda.
Aplikasi tidak ditujukan untuk anak di bawah 13 tahun, dan kami tidak dengan sengaja mengumpulkan informasi pribadi dari anak-anak.
Aplikasi tidak memuat tautan ke situs pihak ketiga mana pun, dan tidak menayangkan, menyimpan, atau menyematkan video apa pun. Satu-satunya tautan keluar di dalam Aplikasi adalah ke halaman Kebijakan Privasi ini.
Kami tidak mengoperasikan basis data pengguna untuk Aplikasi ini dan tidak menyimpan data pribadi Anda di server kami selain log server standar berumur pendek (bagian 5). Data periklanan diproses oleh Google sesuai kebijakannya sendiri.
